Back at it

Well guys, finnaly getting some powdered wigs and warpaint on the table after our clubs WAb BC tournament so back to the table. My birthday was last week so I recived a few presents from the guys and the good Wife. Frank gave me the Eureka whale hunting crew which I promptly undercoated and should have done by the end of the week and some French 20mm WW2 figures, Dave got me some more Romans, Craig has promised me the new WAb 2.0 and Boyd bought me a Confederate Generals kepi. The kids bought me some books on the Greek Persian wars.

I have been painting Eureka's new Fredick and Voltaire and the musicians which I am putting together for a Garden party command vignette. I have also been finishing Bruce's Prussian btns bringing them up to 24 figures. I thought I would post some pics from the last lace wars game I played last year, the Prussians (painted by me about 5 years ago) are from Bruce's collection and the WSS French (painted by Dennis Oliver) are from Dave's collection.

Beautiful painting and a period I really love, but alas, have too many other projects preventing me from it. I will content myself by viewing your blog. Dean

Are they Dave's French? painted by Denis Oliver?

Donogh the Horses were not painted by me, they are from Daves collection.

Yes Cardinal, they are Daves French, I think they were painted by Dennis about 10 years ago.
